One Creative Resolution for The New YeaR
I know — the idea of resolutions may already make you hesitate. Too often they carry the quiet weight of guilt, becoming reminders of what we didn’t follow through on rather than sources of inspiration. But what if we reimagined resolutions not as rigid commitments, but as gentle intentions — touchstones that help us return to what matters most? And perhaps part of why they so often fall away is simply because we ask too much of ourselves. What if, instead, we chose just one intention for the year ahead — one rooted in nurturing your natural creativity?
As 2026 unfolds, I invite you to try something new. It doesn’t have to be bold or life-altering. It could be as simple as tasting a new vegetable, experimenting with a recipe, or adding an unexpected color to your wardrobe. It might be exploring a new hobby, moving your body in a different way, or traveling somewhere unfamiliar. The possibilities are endless, and each small act of curiosity has the power to open something new within you.
Whether or not you choose to carry a creative intention into the new year, my hope is that 2026 meets you with inspiration, growth, and everything your heart is ready to receive.
