You are not alone though you sit in your chair filled with sorrow and despair,

The trees sway with your body’s movement
The birds sing harmoniously with your heart’s song
The water trickles and flows like blood through your veins
The breeze shares secrets only your ears can hear
The sun greets you with a warm smile
The rain washes your body gently
The night envelopes you like a coverlet
The cold awakens you vibrantly
The stars shine on you proudly
The seasons entertain you as they change
