The Natural Rhythm Of Resiliency
Perhaps the greatest facilitator of resiliency is faith. I am not referring to strictly religious or conventional notions about faith, although surely these are relevant and instructional. The faith I am speaking of is grounded in nature and the precepts of the natural world surrounding us, and of which we are a fragmental element.
Watch the leaves on the tree, glistening in the sunshine, vibrant and multi-colored shades of green, each one experiencing an independent reaction to the breeze blowing through the space where it resides. The singularity of the leaf and its existence is part of the natural continuum of life force.
Each human is like each leaf, part of the natural world, alive for a purpose. Although unlike a leaf that most definitely may not question its purpose, we humans often do.
What if though, like the leaf, we allowed ourselves the freedom of existence without questioning it, just allowing the natural progression of life to evolve, and accepting the flow of events and circumstances?
I am not suggesting to live without intention, not at all! But, when you set an intention allow its manifestation to be fueled by what we observe in nature as an infallible progression. Your birth, death and everything in between is a spec, a morsel in the natural rhythm of universal existence, like the leaf. In this knowing, the ideas and desires you conceive that are meant for your journey will flourish and those not meant for you will not. Faith in the natural progression of all things advances resiliency.
